Im Venture Lab AI dreht sich alles um die Technologien der Zukunft: Wir bringen KI-Talente mit Forschung, Start-ups und Investor:innen zusammen und schaffen ein Umfeld, in dem echte Durchbrüche entstehen können.

Als Pipeline Manager:in AI wirst du ein zentraler Teil dieses Ökosystems. Du findest neue Teams, begleitest sie auf ihrem Weg zur Gründung und hilfst dabei, Potenziale sichtbar zu machen. Deine Aufgaben

Start-up-Auswahl und Förderunterstützung: Du sichtest spannende KI-Start-ups und ihre Unterlagen (z. B. Pitch-Decks), begleitest Pitch-Events als Jurymitglied und hilfst mit, vielversprechende Teams für Förderungen wie z. B. Prototyping-Zuschüsse auszuwählen.

Mentoring und Begleitung von Start-ups: Du stehst unseren geförderten Teams als verlässliche Ansprechperson zur Seite – mit regelmäßigen Austauschgesprächen, einem offenen Ohr für Herausforderungen und der Organisation passender Unterstützungsangebote.

Administrative Aufgaben mit Überblick: Du unterstützt bei Vertragsvorbereitungen, koordinierst Auszahlungen mit der Buchhaltung und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Übersichts- und Projektdokumente aktuell und nachvollziehbar bleiben.

Veranstaltungen und Außenwirkung: Du nimmst an KI-relevanten Events teil und vertrittst AI+ (bzw. AI Nation) souverän nach außen – mit Begeisterung für das Thema und einem Gespür für Networking.

Zusammenarbeit mit Partnerprogrammen: Du arbeitest eng mit Initiativen wie K.I.E.Z zusammen – z. B. bei gemeinsamen Formaten oder wenn es darum geht, die Übergabe an andere Programme reibungslos zu gestalten.

Strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung: Du bringst dich in interne Projekte ein – zum Beispiel beim Aufbau eines CRM-Systems oder bei der Entwicklung neuer Unterstützungsformate für Start-ups, basierend auf deren wiederkehrenden Bedarfen.

Dein Profil

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Fach.
Du stehst am Anfang deiner beruflichen Laufbahn und möchtest in einem dynamischen, praxisnahen Umfeld Verantwortung übernehmen.
Du bringst Interesse für die Start-up-Welt, neue Technologien und Innovationsförderung mit – auch wenn du selbst nicht aus der Tech-Ecke kommst.
Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und zuverlässig – Aufgaben bringst du proaktiv und sorgfältig zum Abschluss.
Du hast Lust, mit Gründer:innen, Wissenschaftler:innen und Partnerorganisationen in Kontakt zu treten und sie in ihrer Arbeit zu unterstützen.
Du bist neugierig, offen für neue Tools und Themen und lässt dich auch in stressigeren Phasen nicht so leicht aus der Ruhe bringen.
Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrungen aus Praktika, Nebenjobs oder studentischen Projekten mit – vor allem im Bereich Organisation, Projektarbeit oder Kommunikation.
Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) in Wort und Schrift.

Your mission

Start-up Selection & Funding Support: You’ll screen exciting AI start-ups and review their materials (e.g. pitch decks). As part of our selection committee, you’ll help identify promising teams to receive funding such as prototyping grants – shaping the future of innovation from day one.

Mentoring & Support: You’ll be a reliable point of contact for the start-ups we support – checking in regularly, listening to challenges, and coordinating helpful resources. You don’t need to be a tech expert – just someone who’s curious, empathetic, and organized.

Keeping Things on Track: Admin & Coordination: From preparing contracts to coordinating payments with our accounting team – you help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll keep our overview documents tidy and up to date, and help maintain structure in a dynamic environment.

Events & External Representation: You’ll attend AI-related events and represent AI+ (or AI Nation) with confidence and enthusiasm. Whether you're networking or listening in on the latest trends – you’ll be a visible part of our mission.

Partner Collaboration: You’ll work closely with partner initiatives like K.I.E.Z – especially when organizing joint programs or supporting smooth handovers between teams and institutions.

Strategic & Operational Contributions: In addition to daily operations, you’ll contribute to internal projects – such as setting up a CRM system or developing new support formats for start-ups based on recurring needs. Your input matters here.

Your profile

You have successfully completed a degree in social sciences, economics, or a related field.
You are at the beginning of your professional journey and are motivated to take on responsibility in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
An interest in the start-up ecosystem, emerging technologies, and innovation support drives you—even if your background isn’t in tech.
You work in a structured, independent, and reliable way, and you take initiative to see tasks through to completion.
Building relationships with founders, researchers, and partner organizations excites you, and you enjoy supporting others in making ideas happen.
You are curious, open to learning new tools and topics, and able to stay composed and focused even in high-paced situations.
You bring initial experience from internships, part-time jobs, or student projects—ideally in organization, project coordination, or communication.
You speak and write German fluently (at least C1 level) and have a good command of English (at least B2 level).
