UnternehmerTUM Accelerator: Internship (m/f/d) - Startup Operations & Ecosystem Support

The UnternehmerTUM Accelerator supports early-stage high-tech startups on their way to market. Over a fixed three-month program, we help strong founding teams validate their business model, win their first customers, and secure their first investment. Alongside our core program, the accelerator also runs a number of partner programs built on the same model, for initiatives such as EIT FAN and the ESA Accelerator.

As an intern, you keep these programs running smoothly. You support the team with the practical side of our workshops and events, help manage the platforms and tools our startups use, and contribute to the communication around each program.

Intern - Startup Operations & Ecosystem Support

LOCATION: Office at Munich Urban Colab
DURATION: 6 Months

• Support the day-to-day running of our programs.

• Help organize the logistics for workshops, events, and founder activities (room setup, tech checks, catering, visitor registration, on-site support).

• Prepare program materials such as slides, templates, handouts, and reports.

• Keep our internal tools and data up to date (e.g. Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace).

• Manage our startup benefits program: stay in contact with our partners, keep offers and contacts up to date, and resolve access issues for startups.

• Support our marketing, for example drafting LinkedIn posts on program highlights and founder success stories.

• Work closely with a wide range of people: our program manager, external partners hosting events, workshop leaders, and the building and events team at our location.

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in business, innovation management, or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proactive, reliable, and able to juggle several tasks at once independently.

• Confident communication in English (German is a plus).

• Comfortable building clear slides and documents.

• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation is a plus, not a requirement.

• Experience with tools like Notion, Airtable, or Google Workspace is an advantage.
