• Social Media: You manage and develop our LinkedIn presence through regular, high-quality content on our investments, portfolio companies, and DeepTech topics – ensuring a consistent tone and brand identity across all posts.
• Newsletter: You take end-to-end ownership of the UVC Partners newsletter – from topic ideation and content planning to writing articles, managing the approval process, and publishing.
• Website & Brand Assets: You keep our web presence up to date across all areas – portfolio pages, blog posts, news – and support the creation of marketing materials such as presentations, templates, and event collateral.
• PR & Communications Support: You support the team in drafting press releases and PR content, maintaining our journalist database and media contacts, and coordinating press inquiries.

• You have first practical experience in marketing or PR – through internships, working student positions, or similar roles.
• You are fully fluent in both German and English – written and spoken. Working with us means communicating in both languages daily, and producing high-quality content in each. Native-level in English is preferred.
• You have a strong sense for tone, precision, and quality – you fact-check your work and take accuracy seriously.
• You are genuinely passionate about startups, technology, and innovation.
• You work independently and in a structured way, while being a true team player.
• You hold or are completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – e.g. in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• Ideally: first experience with content management systems, newsletter tools, or social media planning.
