About us

Do you want to not just think about marketing, but actively put it into practice? In this role, you'll support UnternehmerTUM in reaching relevant target audiences through digital channels, events, and campus activities — inspiring them for entrepreneurship, innovation, and future technologies. You'll work closely on campaigns, content, and community activation, with room for your own ideas and responsibility.

Your mission

  • Marketing Operations & Campaign Support (30%): Support in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns
  • Content Creation & Storytelling for Social Media (30%): Creating engaging posts, Reels, Stories, and short video formats for relevant channels
  • Social Media Trends & Formats (15%): Researching current trends, digital formats, and content ideas for target-audience-specific communication
  • Event Support & On-site Activation (15%): Supporting events, on-site activations, and communication with participants
  • Campus Marketing & Outreach (15%): Co-developing initiatives to reach students and communities on campus
  • Mailing & CRM Support (10%): Managing contacts, supporting mailings, and maintaining structured data in the CRM
  • Marketing Coordination: Coordinating with internal stakeholders, agencies, or partners on ongoing initiatives

Your profile

  • First hands-on marketing experience — ideally at least three months through a working student position, internship, university project, or personal content project
  • Experience creating social media content, particularly for LinkedIn, Instagram, or TikTok
  • Confident use of content creation tools such as Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar applications
  • Interest in social media trends, digital formats, and audience-focused storytelling
  • Structured, reliable, and independent working style
  • Proactive, open communication and enjoyment of engaging with diverse audiences
  • Strong English skills; German is a plus
  • Interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, startups, or topics with societal relevance

What we offer

  • Generous annual training budget and catalogue for internal training, external seminars, conferences, and keynotes.
  • Plenty of room for creativity, initiative, and ownership.
  • Unlimited access to our high-tech workshop "MakerSpace."
  • Further benefits can be found on our careers page.
  • Flexible working hours and remote work options support a healthy work-life balance.
  • Access to TU nursery spots, part-time and parental leave models, and childcare subsidies.
  • Flexible monthly mobility budget via the Moovster app (MVG, Lime, Uber, Jobrad, etc.).
  • Extensive sports programme (yoga, Pilates, mindfulness, CrossFit, Wellpass membership, and access to TUM sports offerings).
