Wir suchen keine klassischen Projektmanager. Wir suchen eine_n Program Catalyst, der oder die neue Maßstäbe für Startup-Acceleration in Europa setzen möchte.
Du verantwortest das Herzstück von XPRENEURS und stellst sicher, dass unser Kernprogramm sowie unsere spezialisierten Verticals (ESA, EIT Food) ein erstklassiges, hochgradig individualisiertes Programm für B2B-Hightech-Startups von Pre-Seed bis Series A+ bieten.

Deine Aufgaben

Programmmanagement & Startup-Betreuung (50 %)

Strategische Programmgestaltung: Du entwickelst, steuerst und verbesserst unsere Accelerator-Programme kontinuierlich, um stets am Puls der Zeit zu bleiben.
Founder-Zentrierung: Du arbeitest eng mit Gründer*innen zusammen, identifizierst Bedarfe, definierst strategische Maßnahmen und verfolgst Meilensteine, um die rechtzeitige Bereitstellung wirkungsvoller Ressourcen sicherzustellen.
Operative Exzellenz: Du pflegst Datenbanken und Dokumentationen, behältst Budgets im Blick und koordinierst die Kommunikation zwischen Startups, Expert*innen und dem Team.
Weiterentwicklungsfokus: Du „verwaltetest“ Programme nicht nur – du automatisierst sie. Du recherchierst internationale Best Practices und setzt Prozessverbesserungen um, um unsere Abläufe skalierbar und schlank zu gestalten.
Exzellenz auf Weltklasse-Niveau: Du bringst die besten Expert*innen für jedes Thema und jede Startup-Phase ins Programm.

Stakeholder- & Partner-Management (25 %)

Netzwerkaktivierung: Du baust Beziehungen zu unserem exklusiven Pool an Mentor*innen und Corporate-Partnern auf und entwickelst sie strategisch weiter.
Prozessdesign: Du entwickelst und implementierst verbesserte Partner-Success-Prozesse – inklusive klarer KPIs und automatisierter Workflows.
CRM-Exzellenz: Du pflegst und optimierst unser Netzwerk-CRM (z. B. Salesforce, Notion) für reibungslose Introductions und effektive Feedback-Loops.
Skalierungsfokus: Du führst manuelle Koordination in skalierbare, automatisierte Prozesse über, die unsere Partner aktiv, eingebunden und leistungsfähig halten.

Event-Strategie & Innovation (15 %)

Strategische Verantwortung: Du konzipierst, planst und realisierst unsere Flagship-Events – darunter hochkarätige Networking-Formate und Demo Days.
Qualitätssicherung: Du stellst höchste Qualitätsstandards und Konsistenz über alle Eventformate hinweg sicher.

Teamkoordination & Operations (10 %)

Teamkoordination: Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen operativen Alltag im Programm und koordinierst Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten unserer studentischen Mitarbeitenden und Praktikant*innen.
Master of Structure & Orchestration: Du schaffst klare Erwartungen und Kommunikationswege, um eine effiziente und produktive Zusammenarbeit im Team zu ermöglichen.

Dein Profil

Erfahrung:
relevante Berufserfahrung im Startup-, VC- oder Accelerator-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Programm- oder Projektmanagement.
Das DNA-Mindset: Du hast nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Steuerung anspruchsvoller Programme oder in schnelllebigen Startup-Umfeldern. Du wartest nicht auf Anweisungen – du erkennst Lücken und schließt sie.
Leidenschaft für Deep Tech: Du verstehst die besonderen Herausforderungen von B2B-Hightech-Startups und weißt, was es braucht, um sie in Europa zu skalieren.
Systemdenker_in: Du liebst Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierung. Wenn sich etwas automatisieren lässt, hast du es wahrscheinlich schon getan.
Kommunikationsstärke: Du bewegst dich souverän in Gesprächen mit VCs und Startups und onboardest neue Mentor*innen genauso überzeugend.
Struktur & Orchestrierung: Du hast ein natürliches Talent dafür, Ordnung ins Chaos zu bringen. Du denkst in Frameworks und Systemen und sorgst dafür, dass selbst komplexe Programmzyklen für das gesamte Team transparent, steuerbar und hocheffizient bleiben.

Your mission

Program Management & Startup Support (50%)

Strategic Design: Develop, manage, and continuously improve our acceleration programs to stay ahead of the curve.
Founder-Centricity: Interact deeply with founders to identify needs, define strategic actions, and track milestones to ensure timely delivery of high-impact resources.
Operational Excellence: Maintain databases, documentation, and budget tracking while coordinating communication between startups, experts, and the team.
Development Focus: You don't just "run" a program—you automate it. You research global best practices and implement process improvements to make our operations scalable and lean.
World Class Expertise: You bring in the best people for each topic and startup stage.

Stakeholder & Partner Management (25%)

Network Activation: Build and optimize relationships with our elite pool of mentors and corporate partners.
Process Engineering: Develop and implement improved partner success processes, including clear KPIs and automated workflows.
CRM Mastery: Maintain and improve our network CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Notion) to ensure seamless introductions and feedback loops.
Development Focus: Shift from manual coordination to scalable, automated workflows that keep our partners engaged and high-performing.

Event Strategy & Innovation for large Events (15%)

Strategic Oversight: Lead the conception, planning, and execution of flagship events, including high-profile networking sessions and Demo Days.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality standards and consistency across all event formats.

Team Coordination & Operations (10%)

People Coordination: Ensure smooth daily operations in the program coordinating the tasks and responsibilities of our working students and interns.
Collaboration Structures: Create clear expectations and communication channels to foster an efficient collaboration within the program.

Your profile

Experience: Several years of experience in the startup/VC/Accelerator ecosystem, ideally with a focus on program or project management.
The DNA: You have a track record of running high-stakes programs or work in fast paced startups. You don't wait for instructions; you see a gap and close it.
Deep Tech Passion: You understand the unique challenges of B2B high-tech startups and know what it takes to scale them in Europe.
System Thinker: You love automation and process optimization. If a task can be automated, you’ve probably already done it.
Master of Structure & Orchestration: You possess a natural gift for bringing order to chaos. You think in frameworks and systems, ensuring that even the most complex program cycles remain transparent, manageable, and highly efficient for the entire team
Communication Pro: You can navigate high-level conversations with VCs and Startups just as easily as onboarding new mentors to our program.
