About us

XPRENEURS is UnternehmerTUM's incubator for high-tech startups. In the three-month program, we support strong early-stage teams on their way to market entry by helping them validate their business model, acquire their first customers, and secure their initial investment. As a working student - Startup Incubation, you will support the XPRENEURS team with practical preparations, program platform management, event management, and community management for the three-month incubator program and various other accelerator programs for initiatives such as EIT Food and EIT Urban Mobility.

Intern - Startup Operations & Ecosystem Support

LOCATION: Office at Munich Urban Colab
DURATION: 6 Month

Your mission

Support the program operations team in day-to-day activities and process improvements.
Exposure to High Tech B2B Companies
Help maintain internal tools and data systems (e.g. Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace).
Assist in preparing program materials, reports, and dashboards.
Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and founder activities.
Contribute to communication and documentation between XPRENEURS teams and stakeholders.
Conduct research on startups, trends, and ecosystem partners as needed.

Your profile

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business, innovation management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Solid communication skills in English (German is a plus).
Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation ecosystems.
Experience with tools like Airtable, Notion, or Google Sheets is an advantage.
