Enable Collaborations

• You connect start-ups, technologies, and talents from our network with suitable initiatives at X.

Unlock Untapped Innovation Potential

• You assess discarded ideas from X for their economic potential and impact, and develop ways to implement them within the TUM Venture Labs ecosystem.

Transfer X’s Innovation Approach

• You integrate X’s innovation methodology (e.g., radical problem solving, prototyping, 10x thinking) into our environment and strategic goals, fostering a culture of ambitious innovation.

Act Strategically

• Together with X, you develop a long-term innovation roadmap and implement it jointly with the Venture Labs teams. You independently define goals, success metrics, and KPIs, and monitor their achievement.

Manage Programs and Projects

• You design and lead joint programs and events – ranging from workshops and networking events to specialized support programs for selected start-ups.

Coordinate Stakeholders

• You act as the central contact person for X, TUM, and UnternehmerTUM, ensuring smooth collaboration.

Leverage Networks

• You work closely with the twelve TUM Venture Labs and ensure knowledge and resource transfer with X.

• Several years of strategic and project management experience: You have successfully managed strategic projects or partnerships – ideally in innovation, technology, or start-up contexts – and have a strong track record in designing and implementing new programs or business models.

• Confident international presence: You are comfortable operating in an international environment and have experience working with global partners. You are confident in C-level negotiations and presentations, and you communicate both diplomatically and assertively.

• Strong conceptual skills: You translate complex ideas into actionable concepts with ease. You quickly grasp new technology fields and develop innovative support programs tailored to the needs of top talents and start-ups.

• Affinity for technology: You are passionate about Deep Tech and emerging technologies. Ideally, you’re familiar with current trends in areas such as artificial intelligence, sustainable energy, biotechnology, or other fields relevant to X’s moonshots.

• Networker and strong communicator: You have a solid network in the start-up or technology ecosystem and can strategically expand it. You’re a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, and capable of aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals. You impress with a confident and charismatic presence.

• Languages: You are fluent in both German and English, and you are comfortable navigating business and technical conversations in both. Additional languages are a plus, but not required.
