We’re building the infrastructure to launch and scale deep tech startups—and we’re looking for someone who builds like a founder and thinks like a product owner or UX designer.

At TUM Venture Labs, we’re not just supporting startups—we’re creating the tech backbone that powers them. Our Digital Product & Operations team moves fast, ships often, and lives at the intersection of code, product, and startup outcomes.

Now we’re hiring a Full-Stack Product Engineer who wants ownership, impact, and the freedom to build smart, scale fast, and experiment boldly.

Your mission

Build & scale our core platform that helps deep tech startups succeed.
Ship fast & often — new features roll out every few weeks.
Rapid prototype using tools like Softr, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Make, Pipedream, Bubble.io, Supabase, Lovable, or Cursor.io — whatever gets us to outcomes faster.
Own the full stack — from frontends to APIs to CI pipelines.
Modernize the infrastructure — implement a microservices architecture, containerize the services, and orchestrate their deployment in the cloud.
Make data-informed decisions and help shape our roadmap.
Work cross-functionally with PMs, ops, and founders to deliver real value.

Frontend:

Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP

No-Code / Low-Code Tools:

Softr, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Make, Pipedream or n8n
Bubble.io, Supabase, Lovable, Cursor.ai

CRM Tools (Bonus):

Salesforce, HubSpot
