About us

TUM Venture Labs is a joint initiative of UnternehmerTUM and TUM (Technical University of Munich). We combine a network of domain-specific incubators that serve as a springboard for entrepreneurship in the fields of deep tech and life sciences. Our mission is to help start-ups scale from initial idea to investor readiness - with an active network of academic and industry experts, strategic consulting and state-of-the-art research and development infrastructure.

Your mission

Manage day-to-day content posting and engagement across various social media platforms.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages, fostering a positive online community.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Communicate with internal teams and external partners to align on content and social media strategies.
Use social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) to schedule and track posts.
Generate detailed reports on social media metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Your profile

Proven experience in Social Media Marketing, particularly on LinkedIn and Instagram.
Strong skills in Content Creation, including video and image editing for social media platforms.
Experience in using Figma for designing and visualizing social media content and campaigns.
Experience in creating and planning content pipelines, ensuring a consistent flow of engaging content.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Very good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey messages effectively.
A keen interest in the space industry and a passion for staying updated on the latest trends and innovations.
Strong motivation to work on projects and campaigns related to space exploration and technology.

Deine Aufgaben

Verwaltung des täglichen Content-Postings und der Interaktion auf verschiedenen Social-Media-Plattformen.
Überwachung und Beantwortung von Kommentaren und Nachrichten, um eine positive Online-Community zu fördern.
Planung, Erstellung und Terminierung ansprechender Inhalte auf mehreren Plattformen, einschließlich LinkedIn und Instagram.
Entwicklung und Pflege eines umfassenden Redaktionsplans, um konsistente und zeitnahe Veröffentlichungen sicherzustellen.
Kommunikation mit internen Teams und externen Partnern, um Content- und Social-Media-Strategien abzustimmen.
Nutzung von Social-Media-Management-Tools (z. B. Hootsuite, Buffer) zur Terminierung und Verfolgung von Beiträgen.
Erstellung detaillierter Berichte zu Social-Media-Kennzahlen und Bereitstellung umsetzbarer Erkenntnisse zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.

Dein Profil

Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Social-Media-Marketing, insbesondere auf LinkedIn und Instagram.
Starke Fähigkeiten in der Content-Erstellung, einschließlich Video- und Bildbearbeitung für Social-Media-Plattformen.
Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Planung von Content-Pipelines, um einen konsistenten Fluss an ansprechenden Inhalten sicherzustellen.
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Figma zur Gestaltung und Visualisierung von Social-Media-Inhalten und -Kampagnen.
Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu koordinieren.
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich, mit der Fähigkeit, Botschaften effektiv zu vermitteln.
Ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an der Raumfahrtindustrie und eine Leidenschaft dafür, über die neuesten Trends und Innovationen auf dem Laufenden zu bleiben.
Starke Motivation, an Projekten und Kampagnen im Zusammenhang mit Weltraumforschung und -technologie zu arbeiten.
